Baro d’evel
Meeting and discussion with the artistic team. The show “Qui som?” by the Baro d’evel company is hosted at Domaine d’O. Directed by Camille Decourtye and Blaï Mateu Trias, the company has been developing a unique style for over twenty years, at the intersection of circus, dance, theater, and visual performance.

La Ruche du midi
Thursdays of History. A turbulent journey of a Bitterois company through the Second World War, by Solène Michon, head of exhibition projects and historical research at the Hérault Departmental Archives. Founded in Béziers at the end of the 19th century on the emerging model of multiple branch houses, La Ruche du Midi expanded beyond Hérault.
This Thursday April 2nd at 6:30 pm at the amphitheater of Pierresvives, 907 rue Professeur-Blayac in Montpellier. Free admission. Contact at 04 67 67 30 00.
“Au cœur de la vie”
Screening followed by a discussion with Montpellierian Mélo Mota, director. Documentary (1h10). This first film stems from a strong personal experience: an engineer in sustainable development, Mélo embarked on a solo 1,650 km walk from Montpellier to Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle. She crafted a sensitive and embodied story from it, enriched by inspiring encounters, questioning the search for meaning, life choices, and pivotal moments.
This Thursday April 2nd at 7:30 pm at Utopia cinema, 5 avenue Docteur-Pezet in Montpellier. Normal rate 7€. Contact at 04 67 52 32 00.
Les Fleurs du Jazz
Theater. A jazz cabaret. A pianist, a singer. A man in his sixties stands between them, seemingly captivated by the singer. He will be referred to as the poet. He carries Baudelaire’s “Fleurs du Mal” in his pocket. A dialogue between the poet and the singer unfolds, punctuated by great jazz standards and Baudelaire’s poems.
This Thursday April 2nd at 7:30 pm at Théâtre Beaux-Arts Tabard, 17 rue Ferdinand-Fabre in Montpellier. Full rate 17€, reduced rate 14€. Contact at 04 99 62 83 13.
“Qui som?”
Show. The first part of a triptych where ceramics are both the material and the gesture of an inquiry into our evolving worlds, a journey among our ways of believing and creating together. “Qui som?” makes a bet: that dreams are an exploratory and transformative power, an imaginary force that overflows each individual to connect them to other presences, a way to navigate in obscure trips, in secret lands.
Wednesday 1st, Thursday 2nd, and Friday 3rd April at 8 pm, Saturday 4th April at 7 pm at Domaine d’O, Jean-Claude-Carrière theater, 178 rue de la Carriérasse in Montpellier. Prices range from 32 to 45€. Contact at 08 00 20 01 65.
Charles Pépin
Conference. Philosopher, writer, and radio host on France Inter, Charles Pépin has authored numerous books. In a context where the French are searching for meaning, this encounter offers a lively, accessible, and profoundly contemporary philosophy around universal questions: liberty, love, personal transformation…
This Thursday April 2nd at 8 pm at Salle Bleue, 1 avenue de l’Abbé-Brocardi in Palavas-les-Flots. Prices range from 20 to 35€. Reservation online or on-site. Contact at association One conscience environnementale – contact.oneconscience@gmail.com or 06 52 34 52 76.
Le Grand Karaoké
Music. Les Faiseurs de Rien take you on a more exhilarating “Grand Karaoké” than ever! Kitsch atmosphere, festive energy, and an enthusiastic team: here, everyone has talent. With a drink in hand and a microphone in your pocket, switch from shadow to light for an evening.
This Thursday April 2nd at 8 pm at Théâtre de la Plume, 6 rue Guillaume-Pellicier in Montpellier. Free admission. Contact at 07 52 63 62 17.
Unsane + Stuntman
Concert. Unsane’s music reeks of authenticity, sincerity, possesses a damn good feeling without frills, an inimitable blend of noise-rock-blues-hardcore. This concert by Unsane (the only one in the South of France) will focus mainly on their noisiest early albums. Stuntman (Sète) perfectly masters a violent and explosive music between chaotic hardcore, noise, and grindcore.
This Thursday April 2nd at 8:30 pm at L’Antirouille, 12 rue Anatole-France in Montpellier. Normal rate 22€. Contact at 04 67 06 55 13.
BülBül
Concert. The duo weaves a festive trance where the past flirts with the future, under a retro-Oriental disco ball. Songs in Turkish and Romanian navigate between analog synths, electric saz, and vintage rhythm boxes. Crossing the boundaries between sound system and live concert, BülBül blurs the lines between live performance and psychedelic experience.
This Thursday April 2nd at 9 pm at Jam, 100 rue Ferdinand-de-Lesseps in Montpellier. Free admission. Contact at 04 67 58 30 30.
