    Draguignan offers a week full of events, with the Game Festival, dance shows, forums, and sports events.

    The city of Draguignan is preparing to experience a particularly dense and varied week, offering residents a wide range of cultural, sports, economic, and solidarity activities. From board games to dance shows, as well as job forums and citizen initiatives, the local agenda promises to satisfy all interests.

    A weekend of festivities and citizenship

    Starting this Saturday, March 28, the Saint-Exupéry Complex will become the temple of entertainment with the Game Festival, organized by the Ludotech Le Jougadou. The event, free access, will take place throughout the weekend, from 10 am to 8 pm on Saturday and from 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday. Art lovers will also have the opportunity to attend the opening of the “Arts-chitectures” exhibition at the Caboch’Arts Space on Saturday at 11:30 am. Furthermore, civic life will be marked by the installation municipal council meeting that will be held on Sunday, March 29 from 9 am to 11 am at the City Hall. A second council meeting, dedicated to the delegations of elected officials and neighborhood assistants, is scheduled for Saturday, April 4.

    Culture and dance at the heart of the city

    The ImpruDanse Festival will feature several artistic proposals throughout the week. The Museum of Fine Arts will host an in situ creation on Saturday, March 28, while the Esplanade Theater will present the choreographies “AND NOW!” by Ambra Senatore and “SPRING” by Michel Kelemenis on Tuesday, March 31. The festival will reach its peak on Saturday, April 4 with a giant participatory choreography on Boulevard Clemenceau at 5 pm, preceded and followed by performances at the theater. In a different register, the Pressing Comedy Club will offer a stand-up evening this Friday, March 27, as well as the one-man show by Bruno ROMUALD on Saturday, March 28. The arts will also be celebrated during the Spring of Poets event on Thursday, April 2 at the House of Sports and Youth (MSJ), with readings on the theme of “Freedom.”

    Economy, knowledge, and local initiatives

    The week will also be punctuated by events that are structuring for local life. On Tuesday, March 31, the Saint-Exupéry Complex will host the Employment Forum dedicated to the sectors of catering, hospitality, tourism, and commerce, organized by Info Jeunes. On the same day, a new hearing center, “Les Gardiens de l’Audition,” will be inaugurated at 20 Boulevard Maréchal Foch. Curious minds can attend several conferences, including those on essential oils at the Chapelle du Flayosquet (Saturday, March 28) or on the geopolitical stakes of the oceans at the Faculty of Law (Friday, April 3). Astronomy enthusiasts are invited on Saturday, March 28 in the evening at Malmont for a discovery of the starry sky.

    Sport, health, and well-being for everyone

    Sports will have a special place with several important matches. The Léo Lagrange stadium will vibrate with rugby with the RCD against Saint-Raphaël-Fréjus on Saturday, March 28. The same evening, the MSJ will host the National 1 handball match between DVHB and Mulhouse/Rixheim. On Sunday, April 5, the BMX track “Philippe Brocart” will be the center of the South Region Cup 2026.

    Health prevention will also be honored with the “Heart Course” in the Jacques Brel and Paul Arène schools, and especially a prevention day dedicated to the health of children aged 6 to 10, organized on Saturday, April 4 at MSJ. Registrations are mandatory via the Doctolib platform. Seniors are not forgotten with computer classes and workshops on “Well-being through movement” offered by the CCAS.

    Solidarity and conviviality on the agenda

    Finally, solidarity will be expressed through several events. A large solidarity bingo will be held on Saturday, March 28 at the Helles Seniors Residence for the benefit of the association “Plus la vie en Dracénie.” The Rotary Club Draguignan Doyen will also organize a bingo on Saturday, April 4 at the Saint-Exupéry Complex for the benefit of the association “À chacun son Everest.” Bargain lovers can enjoy two flea markets, the first at the Mistral school on Sunday, March 29, and the second at the Jardin Anglès, organized by Renaissance Solidaire.
