The University of Exeter Business School’s flagship MBA programme has achieved ‘Tier One’ status in a prestigious ranking.

Exeter’s One Planet MBA is one of just 16 UK programmes in the ‘Tier One’ grouping in CEO Magazine’s Global MBA Rankings, published today.

It confirms the One Planet MBA’s status as one of the top programmes both nationally and globally, and there was success too for Exeter’s Senior Leadership Degree Apprenticeship MBA, which climbed 23 places to 15th in the Online MBA Rankings.

CEO Magazine’s Global MBA rankings help prospective business school students assess MBA programmes.

They take into account quality of academic staff, learning environment, modality and flexibility of delivery, tuition fees, class size, international diversity, gender parity and career outcomes.

Professor Donald Lancaster, Director of the One Planet MBA, said: “We’re thrilled to have our MBA programmes once again named among the world’s best, reinforcing the University of Exeter Business School’s reputation as a global hub for business education and our commitment to shaping responsible, forward-thinking leaders for a greener and fairer future.”

The Global MBA Rankings feature 136 business schools across 21 countries.

CEO Magazine launched its annual Global MBA Rankings in 2012, profiling MBA, Executive MBA, and Online MBA programmes.
