From June 1st to 3rd, 2026, the ORION program and ENSGSI invite you to participate in an international workshop entirely in English, aimed at doctoral students from the Eureca-Pro, UniGR, International University of Rabat, and University of Lorraine networks.

This unique training offers participants an immersion in the digital transformation of companies, through an intercultural and multidisciplinary challenge.

A Collaborative and Innovative Workshop

Over three days, participants will work in mixed and multidisciplinary teams to design solutions and action plans to transform a traditional SME into a digital enterprise. Teams will be supervised by French researchers specializing in innovation and digital technology, with the support of Moroccan researchers, and will present their projects to a jury of industrial and professional experts.

Program outline:

  • Day 1: Understanding and modeling the SME
  • Day 2: Industry 4.0 technologies and human impacts
  • Day 3: Digital transformation and final presentations

  • Interdisciplinary and intercultural collaboration in 10 mixed teams

  • Practical case focused on Innovation and Industry 4.0

  • Final presentations evaluated by sector experts

  • Academic recognition: 2 ECTS

Developed Skills

Following the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Design and implement an R&D process, study, and foresight

  • Make innovative contributions in international contexts

  • Use applied research methods and tools in innovation

  • Conduct scientific and technological monitoring on an international scale

  • Combine different disciplines to go beyond available knowledge

Organization and Modalities

  • Duration: 3 days, full participation mandatory to obtain ECTS credits

  • Support: catering provided for all participants

  • Transport and accommodation also covered if justified
