In 2025, students at the University of Technology have excelled in numerous academic competitions, with 169 students being awarded at different levels.
Among them, 3 students have won international awards, 85 students have won national awards, 60 students have won awards at the municipal level, and 21 students have been honored with the title of “Outstanding Student of the Academic Year 2024-2025”.
On the international stage, the team of students from the Faculty of Information Technology has particularly distinguished themselves by winning a bronze medal at the regional ICPC Asia contest in Ho Chi Minh City 2025 and the third prize at the national programming contest ICPC Vietnam 2025, among the most prestigious programming competitions in the region.
At the national level, university students continue to demonstrate their abilities in many major competitions such as the Vietnamese AI Olympiad for students, the Vietnamese Informatics Olympiad for students, the National Mechanics Olympiad, the Vietnamese Mold Making Contest, and many other scientific and technological competitions.
During the 35th National Mechanics Olympiad alone, university students achieved impressive results with 2 first prizes, 5 second prizes, 26 third prizes, and 15 consolation prizes.
At the prize-giving ceremony, a representative of the Polytechnic University emphasized that these achievements are not only a source of pride for the students, but also a testament to the quality of education, academic environment, and learning and research traditions of the university.
This award is the result of continuous efforts and reflects the students’ spirit of learning, creativity, and aspiration for excellence in engineering.
The institution’s management hopes that the students will continue to nurture their passion for science, constantly learn, innovate, and reach new heights to become engineers, scientists, and innovation pioneers for the country.
