On April 9, 2026 – Yannick Da Costa and Pierre Challan Belval, Regional Directors of Bpifrance in Hauts-de-France, presented the 2025 activity report of Bpifrance in Hauts-de-France. They discussed Bpifrance’s support for companies in the region, marked by a high level of dedicated support for strategic axes.
In 2025, Bpifrance supported 6,935 companies in Hauts-de-France with €1.7 billion, mobilizing nearly €4 billion in public and private financing. The support focused on key sectors such as industry, climate, and entrepreneurship in disadvantaged neighborhoods.
Xavier Bertrand, President of the Region Hauts-de-France, emphasized the importance of the partnership between the region and Bpifrance in supporting companies facing evolving needs. The collaboration helped over 540 companies grow in 2025 by supporting innovation, accelerating small and medium-sized enterprises, and promoting business transmission.
Bpifrance’s activities in Hauts-de-France included financing, guarantees, innovation, direct investment, and investment in funds. They deployed €1.8 billion in total financing to 532 companies, with notable support for various strategic plans.
The partnership with Region Hauts-de-France bolstered financial support for businesses with new financial instruments funded by European funds, benefiting 543 companies and mobilizing over €85 million in financing.
Bpifrance’s efforts in advising and supporting companies, particularly in innovation, were reinforced in 2025. The creation of new businesses received strong support, including the “Entrepreneurship Quartiers 2030” program and honor loans.
The partnership between Bpifrance and the Regions focuses on creating tailored support for businesses aligned with regional priorities, emphasizing financing, innovation, and guidance services.
