On April 7, 2026 – Cécile Donsimoni, Regional Director for Corsica, presents the activity report for 2025 of Bpifrance in Corsica. She highlights Bpifrance’s support to Corsican companies, marked by a high level of dedicated support to strategic axes.
In 2025, Bpifrance Corsica supported over 550 companies with €145 million, mobilizing €271 million in public and private financing. Support was provided to key sectors of the strategic plan:
- Industry: Financial support for strategic industrial projects in Corsica reached €11 million in 2025 for 46 companies to address growth and transformation challenges.
- Climate: Support for the Ecological and Energy Transition of companies continued in 2025 with €1 million in Climate Loans granted. Also, 22 companies are part of the Coq Vert community, marking its 5th anniversary in 2026.
- Entrepreneurship in Neighborhoods 2030: Launched in 2024, the program aims to support entrepreneurs in priority neighborhoods. In 2025, it helped 411 entrepreneurs in Corsica.

- Finance: Total financings of €136 million (+9%) to 56 companies were successful in Corsica in 2025.
- Guarantee: Guarantee activity saw growth in 2025 with over €23 million deployed by Bpifrance supporting 440 companies.
- Innovation: Innovation Support helped 11 companies with financing innovation through grants and loans amounting to €4 million in 2025.
- Investment: Bpifrance set records for direct investment in growth capital and fund subscriptions in 2025.
- Export: Over €300,000 worth of export activity supported 5 companies in Corsica in 2025.
- Consulting: Bpifrance reaffirmed its leading position as a consulting firm for SMEs in Corsica, with 14 companies benefitting from consulting services in 2025.
Partnership with the Corsican Regional Council:
In 2025, the partnership between the Corsican Regional Council and Bpifrance strengthened support for innovative businesses with a co-financed aid program leading to over €1.6 million in funding for 7 companies in Corsica.
A new dedicated space for the Bpifrance Regional Office in Ajaccio will be inaugurated on May 7, 2026, to enhance support for Corsican entrepreneurs and better meet their financing and assistance needs.
