One of the highlights of this edition is the increased presence of digital technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), in every segment, opening up new perspectives for oral communication at the local level. Unlike previous competitions, many participants proactively used AI to develop their plans, collect and process documents, design their courses, and visualize content. With the help of tools for understanding, the initially dense and hard-to-grasp content has been systematically structured in a more logical and visually appealing way, thereby facilitating comprehension, memorization, and practical application for the audience.

Colonel Nguyen Van Trung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Defense Command of Zone 2 – Phu Loi, stated: “The use of technology does not diminish the role of presenters, but helps improve their reflection, methods, and political awareness. The candidates have adhered to their principles, rigorously reviewed the content, ensured the accuracy of information, and maintained a correct political orientation, demonstrating great proactivity in the face of innovation, without becoming excessively dependent on technology.”

The integration of technologies, especially AI, in the competition is not only an inevitable trend but also an important step in improving the quality of propaganda work and meeting the requirements of the current armed forces’ digital transformation. The competition showed that proposals relying on technology were particularly attractive, making the resolution content more accessible to officers, soldiers, and the public. Visually simulated images, data, and scenarios have contributed to improving communication effectiveness and overcoming the limitations of traditional methods.

Lieutenant Colonel Le Nhu Phong, Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Command of Binh Duong District, said: “Artificial intelligence allows us to access information more quickly and systematize it more rigorously. However, the most important aspect remains political awareness and the ability to select and disseminate information effectively. Technology is a tool to facilitate the efficient transmission of content, but it is the speaker who determines the quality of the propaganda.”

It is evident that this year’s competition is not only an opportunity to test the orator team’s skills but also to experiment and shape new propaganda methods in the context of digital transformation. The combination of strong political principles and modern methods has given a new face to oral propaganda work in the field, introducing new approaches and helping elevate the level of cadres in general, and speakers in particular, to meet the requirements of missions in this new context.
