SCC France, a major European player in IT services and solutions, strengthens its innovation strategy and announces the appointment of William Saadi as Chief Innovation & Technology Officer (CTO).
This appointment comes with the creation of an Innovation & Technology team, whose mission will be to structure, support, and accelerate innovation initiatives within SCC France, while contributing to the Group’s dynamics.
A new organization to support intelligent automation
This new organization aims to support the rise of intelligent automation of business processes, a key driver of transformation for companies and public organizations. Integrating AI into operational processes improves productivity, optimizes decision-making, reallocates human resources to higher value-added tasks, while involving organizational and cultural changes.

William Saadi appointed Chief Innovation & Technology Officer
The leadership of this new activity is entrusted to William Saadi, reporting directly to Gaël Menu, CEO of SCC France.
With a strong background in technological architecture, cloud, data, and infrastructure, William Saadi previously held the position of CTO of the Enterprise Solutions division at SCC. In this role, he led strategic initiatives around new technological architectures and digital transformation.
In his new role, his mission is to structure SCC France’s technological innovation strategy, identify opportunities offered by artificial intelligence, and transform these technological advances into concrete solutions for clients and internal teams.

A dedicated team to structure innovation and accelerate AI adoption
The new Innovation & Technology team will intervene transversely within SCC, in synergy with the different divisions, which remain the preferred point of contact for client requests. It will also work closely with all internal organizations to promote a pragmatic and value-creating approach to AI.
This structure notably carries two strategic programs:
This program aims to structure technological initiatives and accelerate the development of concrete use cases around artificial intelligence.
Its main missions will be:
- Ensure strategic technological monitoring to guide SCC’s future directions and anticipate major market developments.
- Develop AI use cases for Business Units and different customer segments.
- Provide pre-sales expertise to guide clients in their technological choices and identify solutions adapted to their business challenges.
- Ensure technical design by developing robust and innovative AI solutions proposed by the various divisions.
This program is dedicated to internally accelerate the use of AI within SCC.
Its objectives include:
- Support SCC on all AI-related topics, both technologically and strategically.
- Accelerate internal transformation, notably through the creation of AI agents and intelligent automation of certain processes to modernize tools and work methods.
With this new organization, SCC France affirms its commitment to strengthening its role as a strategic player in digital transformation, combining technological expertise, understanding of business challenges, and the ability to deploy innovative solutions on a large scale.
