The association L’Abri, established in the Vosges since 1977, continues its commitment to the social economy. Since 2022, it has opened a circular economy store on Grande Rue in Val-d’Ajol, offering second-hand items refurbished.

The association works to provide accommodation for people without homes and support them in their social and professional integration. Part of its resources come from integration projects focused on sustainable development, including the collection, reuse, and valorization of everyday objects.

In this initiative, a second edition of Sport Récups will be organized on Saturday, March 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the concert hall of Chez Narcisse on Devau Street. The public will be able to purchase sports and leisure equipment at affordable prices: bicycles, rollers, camping equipment, team sports gear, fitness equipment, water sports items, as well as sportswear and shoes. A collection space will also be available for visitors to donate unused equipment, giving them a second life.

Several activities will be offered: a Repair Café bike workshop with advice and minor repairs, fun quizzes about cycling road rules, a play area for all ages, and a contest.
