The Wefit gym, established in 2019 at 12 Rue Marion du Faouët in Lécousse (Ille-et-Vilaine), has recently changed management. For the past few weeks, Dany Gaisnon, a 25-year-old from Fougères, and Morane Debray, a 26-year-old from Avranches, have taken over the fitness center.
Sport coaches Dany Gaisnon and Morane Debray, both state-certified, have been employees at this facility for 4 years. Dany Gaisnon, a sports coach, was the manager for the past two years. Morane Debray, with a BP Jeps and a professional license in fitness professions, is also a sports coach.
These two state-certified sports coaches offer two rooms for group classes (30 per week), cardio weight lifting, pilates, abs and glutes classes, weight loss coaching, fitness, and nutrition – all tailored to both men and women of all ages.
A new event, “l’Hirox,” a fitness competition combining running and muscle strengthening exercises, will be introduced in the gym in early May.
Three membership options are available at Wefit. Standard includes access to the gym and group classes. Premium includes standard plus a health assessment. VIP combines the content of both previous options and allows for accompaniment by another person. There is also a specific weight loss challenge.
Wefit club is open 7 days a week from 6 am to 11 pm with direct access via card. Monday to Saturday, a coach is present from 9 am to 1:30 pm and from 4:30 pm to 9 pm. For more information, call 02 99 94 52 01.
