“We delivered a very satisfactory performance. Our only (small) regret is not capitalizing on the advantage we had for most of the match,” summarizes Romain Laborie, the coach from Brède, very focused on hosting the Landais de Tartas Saint-Yaguen whose financial situation allows no room for complacency on La Sauque’s side. “We have five finals left to play – and above all to win – to achieve our goal regardless of the results of our competitors from Croisés de Bayonne!”

The ‘blue collar work’ for Bazas

The championship update day in pool F, scheduled for this past weekend, turned out to be favorable for the interests of the Bazadais. One of their main direct competitors, FC Doazit, managed to win (3-0) at Portes d’Aquitaine 47, now relegating the Blue and white team to three points behind. Stade Bordelais B and ES Audenge – awaiting Perette on April 26th – are one point ahead with one less game played. Bazadais have four games left, hosting Tarnos on Saturday night, to reverse the trend and secure their place. “We have no more time to waste on speculations or other talks. It’s time for ‘blue collar work’, determination, and solidarity. If we can’t be brilliant, let’s be brave!” urges Pierrick Landais, the Bazas manager.
