FC Pavie secures victory against La Nicolaïte with a score of 3-0
Winning 3-0 against La Nicolaïte in a well-controlled match on Saturday, April 4th, Pavie moves out of the relegation zone. This valuable victory comes just before facing the league leaders on April 18th.
As the final whistle blew, the joy of the Paviens was evident after a perfectly controlled game where the defense held strong and local goalkeeper Simon Laborie made key saves.
FCP came out strong with Pau having a close shot early in the game. La Nicolaïte tried to counter, but Laborie made important saves. Pavie created good chances to score, but couldn’t find the back of the net until just before half-time.
The path to staying in the league is still long
In the second half, La Nicolaïte took control of the game, but Pavie’s defense held firm. Pavie managed to score again through the captain, extending their lead. Despite some attempts from the visitors, it was Bareï who secured the 3-0 victory for Pavie.
With this deserved win, Pavie climbs out of the relegation zone, but the road to remain in the league is still challenging, especially with a tough match against the league leaders coming up on April 18th.
