On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, the event “When impact becomes a strength” will take place at the Allegria Theatre in the Maison des Arts. Researchers, doctors, and high-level athletes will share their experiences and work on the theme “When impact becomes a strength.”
The evening will begin with an introduction by Philippe Pemezec, Mayor of Plessis-Robinson, followed by several discussions on the effects of sports on the brain, resilience, and the experience of high-level sports.
Among the speakers: – Dr. Denis David, Co-director of the MOODS team, CESP-Inserm, Université Paris-Saclay – Dr. Thomas Deroche, researcher specializing in motor and sports activities – Dr. Laurent Winkler, sports doctor, PSG – Henry Chavancy, former international rugby player – Raphaël Pascal, captain of PRVB – Thomas Peyroton-Dartet, multiple medal-winning para-cyclist – Baptiste Leroy, coach at PSG Judo, Head of the French men’s teams for the Paris 2024 Olympics – Priscilla Gneto, bronze medalist at the Olympic Games and world champion in judo in the -57kg category.
The event will conclude with a discussion with the audience, followed by a cocktail reception and a signing session to continue the exchange between speakers and participants.
