The Method Paris – Kléber
The Method, the concept that popularized feel-good sports classes in Paris, is inaugurating a second address near Trocadéro in the West Paris area.
With the success of its first Parisian studio in the Opéra district, The Method continues to rise with the opening of a new location near Trocadéro. True to its DNA, the brand creates a space where people come not only to exercise but also to reconnect in a caring and inclusive atmosphere with classes tailored to each individual’s pace and desires.
Designed as a chic and elegant cocoon, the space was imagined by architect Lars Seiler, a Chanel collaborator. Custom furniture, subtle lighting, clean lines – every detail has been carefully thought out to offer a timeless well-being experience. An artistic collaboration with Sabine Marcelis completes the scenography.
The Method Paris – Kléber, a new generation studio
At The Method, sports are experienced as a holistic experience. The studio brings together two training rooms, a recovery space called The Lab, and the first Nathalie café in France. A concept designed to accompany every moment of the day, from muscle wake-up to relaxing breaks. The classes, led by instructors from dance, yoga, Pilates, and fitness backgrounds, cater to all preferences. Cardio, strength, mobility, dance, or recovery – everyone sets their own pace through immersive formats set to precise playlists. An approach where one comes to excel as much as to feel good.
The Lab, harmonizing body and mind
After the effort, it’s time for recovery at The Lab, a sanctuary dedicated to well-being. At the core of the experience is the Contrast Therapy, a hot and cold alternation that deeply revitalizes the body. At The Method Paris – Kléber, one can also work in a comfortable space, extend the moment with an energizing smoothie, or enjoy a moment of calm away from urban hustle.
