The ESG Basket introduces a new activity this year: micro-basketball. Reserved for children, girls or boys, aged 3 to 5 years old, this discipline is a success among both children and parents. Participants gather on Sundays from 10am to 11am at the En-Pétre gymnasium to share a moment of companionship and joy. While the activities include games, skill exercises, and fun challenges for children and parents, the main goals are to introduce children to sports through play, develop their motor skills and coordination, teach them to follow instructions, and foster a sense of community. Everyone helps set up and clean up the equipment after the activity. Parents actively participate in all activities, whether playing games with their children or engaging in friendly sports challenges. The focus is on enjoying a moment of laughter and bonding with their children. Gaëlle Bianchini, trained and qualified to lead this activity, brings her experience and kindness to the sessions. The smiles on the faces of parents and children at the end of each session are proof of the success of this program.
