Children of the region, Jérémy Koël and Maxime Pérrier share the same desire to shake things up in Châteauroux. Their common story within Berry Factory began with a simple discussion, one February day in 2024, around the racing simulators of the Berry Racing company launched by Maxime Pérrier, in the commercial area of Berry Park. “I thought it was great. I said to him: why don’t we create a large leisure complex with multiple activities that don’t exist yet in Châteauroux?” At the time, Monky had not yet opened its store in Châteauroux. “We learned that they were coming to settle when we had already launched the project. It pushed us to be even more original and qualitative, especially by working on the decoration to offer a unique atmosphere,” says Maxime Pérrier. Competition? They are not afraid. “The advantage of having a variety of offerings is that Châteauroux has never been talked about so much. It arouses curiosity and enthusiasm.
