Netflix has just reached a historic milestone: for the first time ever, one of its series is getting a luxury physical edition. And unsurprisingly, this privilege goes to Stranger Things. The Duffer Brothers’ series holds a special place in the platform’s history. While other productions may have had higher viewership, Stranger Things remains Netflix’s first major success – the one that changed everything. So when it comes to making a statement, it’s the one they bring out of the closet.

Arrow Films, a prominent physical publisher in the UK and US, has partnered with Netflix to make this project a reality. The result is a complete box set available in Blu-ray and UHD, offered in two versions. A standard edition for those who simply want to have the series on physical media at home. And a collector’s edition that promises to create buzz.

What will this box set contain?

In addition to the usual bonuses (interviews, deleted scenes, behind-the-scenes documentaries), this high-end version includes a 148-page artbook, exclusive illustrations commissioned for the occasion, artistic cards, a patch, Hellfire Club dice, and double-sided posters for each season. Suffice it to say that fans will be well-served. The only thing missing will be the mysterious ninth episode of the final season, which will remain exclusive to Netflix subscribers.

Dean Lawson, Arrow Films’ Director of Marketing and Sales, is visibly enthusiastic. He proudly states, “Collaborating with the Netflix team and the Duffer Brothers to offer fans the ultimate physical edition of Stranger Things has been an exceptional project for Arrow. The series, with colossal influence and scope, is beloved worldwide, across generations, and has been a central element of the cultural landscape for nearly a decade. We are confident that we have created a collector’s box set that fans will be thrilled to own, brimming with bonuses, anecdotes, and memories from the world of Stranger Things.”

When and at what price?

Mark your calendars for July 27, 2026 in the UK, and July 28 in the US. Pre-orders are already open on the Arrow Films website, with prices ranging from £135 to £200, equivalent to €156 to €231. One big question mark remains for French-speaking fans: no information has been revealed about the possible presence of French dubbing or subtitles. Something to savor before the much-anticipated spin-off hits.
