The artist has just unveiled his album “Grand garçon,” already certified gold just three days after its release.
PLK has always been an artist for the long haul – we remember “Chambre 140,” still getting listens months after its release – but for his new album, “Grand garçon,” he achieved an impressive sprint. In just three days, the album is already certified gold, marking one of the best rap debuts in French history.
Selling more than 60,000 copies (with 84% being physical editions), “Grand garçon” confirms PLK’s phenomenal rise in music and simply marks his best launch. Quiet and low-key in the media, PLK leads his career masterfully, with each project making waves. Before the release of “Grand garçon,” PLK notably released a single with Theodora – another current musical sensation – titled “Sex Model.”
As “Grand garçon” achieves unprecedented success, attention is once again focused on the artist’s upcoming concerts.
Is it possible to get tickets?
It was also an important moment in PLK’s career: the announcement of two upcoming dates at the Stade de France on September 4 and 5, 2026. Two evenings in the legendary venue, and a disappointment for fans who did not secure tickets: both concerts are now sold out and will be going ahead with a waiting list available on the Fnac website.
Therefore, it’s difficult to see PLK at the Stade de France next September, but the rapper will not only be performing in Paris. A major tour in France is set from October to December 2026, with dates planned in Lille, Reims, Toulouse, Marseille, Nice, Lyon, and Montpellier. Around twenty evenings are scheduled, and while the Stade de France concerts are sold out, there are still tickets available for this 2026 tour. Tickets can be purchased on the Fnac website.
