MusiquEnvie, an artistic school, is organizing a closing concert this Saturday, April 11th.
It is a tradition for MusiquEnvie to hold a music and dance workshop during the Easter break. At the end of the workshop, participants come together for a closing concert on the stage at Galion. This Saturday, April 11th, starting at 8:30 pm, a show entitled “Musiquendans” will take place.
Organizers cherish the connection between music and dance. Over the past week, around thirty participants have been practicing diligently to showcase what they have learned and perfected in the previous days. Saturday, April 11th, marks the final day, a day for realization with this closing concert where everyone is happy to reunite. This year, they have come together to “prepare an unprecedented choreographic and musical performance around Mediterranean and contemporary music! It will be a great opportunity for the troupe to unveil the result of their efforts, creativity, and to highlight their talents and passions.”
Teachers Paco Labat and Raphaël Chauvin are there to set the right musical tempo. The dance aspect is entrusted to teachers Cécile Jouault and Lily Guillon.
Talented guests will grace the stage where dance and music harmoniously intertwine. Violinist and singer Raphaëlle Yaffee as well as choreographer Giovanni Martinat are the distinguished guests for the evening.
Raphaëlle Yaffee is not only a singer and violinist but also a conveyer of popular songs from the Balkans to Kurdistan, and provides vocal coaching.
Giovanni Martinat is a professional choreographer who established his own company, Cie Giovanni Martinat, where he develops a contemporary, sensitive, and instinctive style influenced by Pina Bausch. His journey led him to art therapy, deepening his reflection on the connection between creation and reconstruction. He is the author of ‘Viscérales: from nothing to dance’.
These two artists will be performing this Saturday with the participants who will enthusiastically join for an unforgettable moment. Unique performances, synergy between artists, vibrations, and emotions will all come together to offer an exceptional artistic experience.
