The situation escalated when the young woman was placed in police custody in Neuilly-sur-Seine for “voluntary violence by a parent.” Nearly a week after news of her being placed under judicial control following her police custody, Lucie Bernardoni decided to speak out to Le Parisien to defend herself against the allegations made by her ex-partner and daughter.
Explaining the reason for her delayed response, the former Star Academy contestant stated: “I postponed this moment as much as possible. I have always chosen to fight in silence because, for me, dirty laundry should not be aired in public. But today, I need to protect myself and my daughter. I can no longer let lies circulate. Protecting a woman and a child cannot be done in silence. I no longer want to stay silent, and I am not ashamed to speak out.”

Against her daughter’s father, Lucie Bernardoni challenges the “outrageous lies” told by him. She clarified that her daughter did not live with him since she was seven months old, contrary to his claims. She emphasized that her daughter lives with her, and she only provides money for her daughter’s leisure activities or when she is with friends. She also stated that her daughter does not face any physical abuse at her home.
In an interview, the thirty-year-old revealed that Pedro Alves has been harassing her for years. She mentioned having reported a physical assault by the musician in 2020, resulting in her being injured.
Lucie Bernardoni disclosed that she never mistreated her daughter Lily. She recounted a disagreement with her two years ago but emphasized that she never abused her. The singer expressed her devastation upon learning about her daughter filing a complaint against her. She also shared her experience of being in police custody due to accusations of violence against her daughter, highlighting the harsh conditions she faced due to her autoimmune disease.
Despite her previous silence, Lucie Bernardoni is now determined to speak up and fight until the end.
