Is it really a surprise? Instead of music or comedy, Cameron Smet is starting a career as a model. As reported by Paris Match, the 21-year-old, who recently joined the Next agency, shared his very first magazine cover on Instagram. It was for At Large (a high-end lifestyle quarterly) that he posed: “A huge thank you for the opportunity, I still can’t believe all of this is happening”, commented the son of David Hallyday and Alexandra Pastor.

And what else can we say except that Cameron Smet (dressed and styled by Dior as he specifies) is a real heartthrob, a true fashion icon… almost a caricature! Well, it’s true, he takes after someone. His photoshoot indeed seems straight out of the 90s, in any case, we find in him the “vibe” of male models of that time (those who experienced it cannot deny it). A first for Cameron who can make his family proud, starting with his father David, therefore (who, too, could have been a model…) : “Classy”, the singer simply praised. As for his aunt Laura Smet, she also left him a short message: “Congratulations” (with a heart).
