On Saturday, March 28th, the medieval cellar of the Grand Doyenné in Avranches will be transformed into a true sensory stage. Between musical harmonies and exceptional wines, the trio BoWind and expert Bérengère Leroux offer a unique immersion into the heart of Avranches heritage.

Imagine the resonance of a saxophone, the depth of a cello, and the warmth of a trombone rising under the vaults of the Grand Doyenné. For this evening of March 28th, the experience will not only be auditory, but total. This “oenological concert” promises to break traditional tasting codes to offer a dialogue between the ear and the palate.

A Unique Trio

At the center of this evening: the group BoWind. This unique instrumental trio has designed a musical creation specifically tailored to match the selected wines. The goal? To create a synergy where each note emphasizes a terroir nuance.

The art of tasting with “Vin de Diou”

To guide the audience on this journey, the event will be led by Bérengère Leroux, founder of Vin de Diou. Known for her educational and uncomplicated approach, she will present three wines during the evening.

“The idea is to combine listening, taste, and the history of the place in a friendly atmosphere, accessible to beginners and enthusiasts,” explained the organization.

The majestic setting of the medieval cellar, Place d’Estouteville, will serve as the backdrop for this encounter between the architectural heritage of Manche and the art of living. A great opportunity to rediscover this monument from a vibrant and tasty perspective.
