M6 is offering a new episode of “La Roue de la Fortune” featuring celebrities, hosted by Éric Antoine on Thursday, April 2nd. Nine personalities will be divided into teams of three, playing for charity. Let’s see who’s on the show.
Fans of Eric Antoine, get excited! In addition to the season 6 of “Traîtres” that started on Saturday, March 28th, the magician is back on M6 with another one of his beloved prime-time shows. This Thursday, April 2nd, the channel will air a new episode of “La Roue de la Fortune” special for celebrities. This programming complements the classic version of the game, broadcast every day of the week at 5:30 pm. However, in this setup, the personalities in the cast play for charity.
For this fifth edition of the celebrity version of the game, Éric Antoine has invited nine new personalities, divided into three teams of three. The cast includes comedians Michel Boujenah, Chantal Ladesou, and humorist Ilyes Djadel in one group, YouTubers Tibo InShape and Lebouseuh with dancer Inès Vandamme in the second trio, and comedians Gérard Jugnot, Charlotte Gabris, and Élie Semoun in the third trio.
Just like in the daily game, they will have to rearrange words and expressions, while avoiding the dreaded “Bankruptcy” and “Exchange” spaces to increase their winnings. In each round, the best contestant will advance to the final where they will play with the small wheel Roubert to boost their team’s earnings for the charity of their choice.
“99 à battre”: Eric Antoine and Juju Fitcats’ game was absent from M6’s schedule last summer after gaining popularity with an average of 1.4 million viewers and 212,000 replay views. The show will not return this summer, as confirmed by Juju Fitcats. The presenter described it as a family game perfect for summer viewing and hinted at a possible return the following year.
