The Youth Center and Culture House (MJC) held its general assembly in the presence of many members. President Albert Oxoli opened the general assembly in the presence of Paul Esquiro, the mayor, Bernard Ksaz, the county councilor, as well as the presidents of Mirepicienne associations.
Albert Oxoli paid tribute to Alfred Gaut, former member and former mayor of Crastes. A minute of silence was observed; then, the assembly had a thought for the sick.
Albert Oxoli then presented the activities of the MJC (boules, bingo, country dance, board games, sewing workshop, etc.); the current team in charge of the organization was thanked.
Gérard Bernado, co-president, then presented in turn the activity report: trips (Dordogne, Catalan country, Saint-Sulpice in Tarn, and a trip to Toulouse Hollyday nice), the village festival with its animations and evenings (Saint-Jean bonfires, chestnut evening, and animator party).
Guy Resse, treasurer, presented a detailed and balanced financial report approved unanimously. For the festival committee, David Esquiro, the president, presented positive accounts.
The board was unanimously re-elected; the Pomès brothers joined the board of directors. Paul Esquiro and Bernard Ksaz then spoke. Then, President Albert Oxoli thanked the volunteers and donors who help the club run smoothly.
An aperitif and a meal at Millepatte in Marsan closed this meeting.
