Culture Loisirs Enfants et famille was created in 1986 and is therefore celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. The objective of this Neoules association has always been to animate local life, organize festive events for children, and also take actions to raise funds for school projects.
Throughout all these years, carnival, Easter egg hunts, lotteries, parties, Christmas celebrations, among others, have animated the village thanks to the mobilization of volunteers who have succeeded each other and who gathered at the beginning of the year during an evening themed on the 1980s to celebrate this important anniversary.

If many memories were evoked, there are many future actions planned. In addition to a rich program, the actions towards the students of the village school will materialize in 2026 by funding 80 euros per student for the four classes going on a school trip, and 15 euros per student for the eight classes going on a school outing.
The association also funds a Kapla day for four kindergarten classes and a Lego day for four elementary school classes.
And, as every year, the association funds a Christmas show and a gift for each of the 270 students in the twelve school classes.
In total, this year, almost 13,000 euros were collected and distributed for the benefit of the young people in Neoules!
The association wishes to thank its loyal sponsors whose support is valuable. During his speech to celebrate this anniversary, Christian Ryser, the outgoing mayor, wished “long life to the association and those who make it live.”
The board members also paid tribute to Gino Boffelli, a Neoules resident who passed away last year. He used to play Father Christmas for the children within the association every year. A “Gino-Boffelli” petanque challenge is proposed in his honor, reflecting his passion for the Provencal game.
