Club Med Group launches its recruitment campaign for the summer season 2026 and is looking for hundreds of profiles, especially in the Alps.
As the spring-summer 2026 season approaches, Club Med, the world leader in upscale all-inclusive holidays, has officially launched its recruitment campaign to strengthen the teams of its many resorts in France and internationally. The group announces the search for more than 400 new talents to fill seasonal positions and experience a unique professional experience. This wave of recruitment aims to meet the high activity expected in its resorts, both in the mountains and by the sea.
Various profiles for alpine and seaside resorts
The needs are particularly targeted at several villages located in the Alps, which continue to attract a significant clientele in spring and summer. The sites of Val Thorens, Alpe d’Huez, La Rosière, Grand Massif Samoëns, Valmorel, Peisey-Vallandry, and Serre-Chevalier are involved.
Of all the open positions, 230 are specifically related to the hotel and catering industries, sectors closely linked to the Club Med experience, including 130 for French resorts alone. However, opportunities also extend to many other job families: childhood (entertainers, nursery assistants), well-being (spa practitioners), sports (instructors), as well as arts and entertainment. The group is looking for candidates with or without experience, valuing knowledge and willingness to invest above all.
The G.O. and G.E. experience: more than just a seasonal job
Beyond technical skills, Club Med emphasizes the personality of candidates, inviting them to become “creators of happiness.” The company capitalizes on its unique concept of G.O. (Gentil Organisateurs) and G.E. (Gentil Employés) to offer what it describes as a “humane, rewarding, and enriching experience.” The group emphasizes opportunities for skills development, self-improvement, and the creation of unique bonds in a multicultural work environment. Housing and meals within the villages are an integral part of the proposed contract, a significant benefit for seasonal workers.
Training and career prospects at the heart of the system
The company also highlights the numerous training and internal development possibilities. Committed for over twenty years to the professionalization of young people, Club Med offers dozens of apprenticeship contracts each year in five major job families (Restoration, Childhood, Well-being, Sports, Arts & Entertainment). This policy aims to facilitate professional integration and offer real career prospects within the group, often turning a seasonal job into a lasting career. The company also emphasizes its commitment to diversity, stating that all positions are open to people with disabilities.
