Last Wednesday, the Parera group organized a conference on the links between high-level sports and management in companies, in partnership with Fenix Toulouse Handball. The event brought together many actors from the socioeconomic world around themes such as leadership styles, pressure management, collective dynamics, and the complementarity of profiles.

The rich and concrete exchanges notably gathered Jacques Cettolo, Philippe Dallard, Denis Briscadieu, the coaches of Fenix Handball (Danijel Andjelkovic and Rémi Calvel), as well as the players (Teo Jarry, Nemanja Ilic, Gabriel Nyembo, and Jef Lettens).

Led by Jacques Breda, the discussion promoted a cross-dialogue appreciated by the audience and allowed for the emergence of directly transposable teachings, both on the field and in the company.

Beyond the conference, the day concluded with a powerful and emotional moment: a shared training session between the professional players of Fenix Toulouse Handball and the youth from the L’Isle-Jourdain club. This intergenerational meeting continued with a question-and-answer session and autograph signing, providing the children with a unique opportunity to interact with their role models.

Between inspiration, transmission, and conviviality, this initiative led by the Parera group illustrates the richness of the connections between sports and the professional world, leaving participants with memorable and impactful memories.
