InnovaFonds takes a stake in SDAG ADHESIFS
Weyersheim (67), March 23, 2026 – InnovaFonds, supported by Bpifrance, enters the capital of the SDAG ADHESIFS group as a minority shareholder, alongside its leaders, Didier Hariot, President, and Bertrand Delhoume, General Manager. This operation aims to support the development of the leading French distributor of consumables for professionals in visual communication and signage in France and internationally.
Founded in 1985 and based in Weyersheim (Alsace), SDAG ADHESIFS has established itself as a reference in its market, with over 12,000 references, recognized technical expertise, and strong responsiveness. The group relies on three locations in France (Weyersheim, Nantes, Paris) and two international locations (Switzerland, Belgium), as well as strong partnerships with major global manufacturers (ORAFOL, 3M, MACTAC) complemented by its own brand: SD-MEDIAS.
A group on a strong growth trajectory, poised to reach a new milestone
With nearly €50 million in turnover, SDAG ADHESIFS has experienced sustained development since its inception, driven by customer loyalty, the quality of its offering, and the growth of its own brand. The Group has established a leading position in France by focusing on product range depth, excellent customer service, and targeted external growth. To accelerate its expansion, the Group has chosen to partner with InnovaFonds and Bpifrance.
A strategic partnership to support the Group’s ambitions
The entry of InnovaFonds and Bpifrance into the capital is part of a shareholder restructuring, allowing Didier Hariot to retain the majority, Bertrand Delhoume significantly strengthen his position in the capital, and Siparex, a shareholder since 2021, to exit. This partnership will enable the Group to accelerate its international development, continue to enhance its product offering, and explore external growth opportunities, some of which are already under study.
