The development of this plan is an urgent necessity in the context of deep integration. The project inherits past successes before the merger, while focusing on redefining partnerships and markets adapted to the new scale of An Giang. Thanks to this, the province hopes to maximize investment capital, fully participate in global supply chains, and attract international tourists.
Dr. Nguyen Huu Tri, Vice Rector of An Giang University, provided criticism at the meeting.
During the evaluation, experts suggested refining the strategic objectives, especially by specifying them using a clear system of indicators and KPIs. The identification of adequate financial resources is also a critical factor for the project’s success.
Vice President of the An Giang Provincial People’s Committee, Le Van Phuoc, President of the Project Evaluation Council, delivered the closing speech at the meeting.
In conclusion of the meeting, Vice President of the An Giang Provincial People’s Committee, Le Van Phuoc, urged departments and agencies to fulfill their responsibilities and collaborate closely with the Ho Chi Minh City Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, a consulting organization, to finalize the project as soon as possible. The final product must be of high quality, meet integration requirements, and directly contribute to the overall development of the province.
