The male seniors team of Union Sportive Malausaine went to Albias, where they handed a heavy defeat to their hosts (goals by Jocelyn (3), Mohamed (2), Tarik (2), Sébastien, Thibault, Thomas, and Oumar). With ten points ahead of their pursuers, Confluences and Vazerac, in district D3 group A, this team is assured of participating in the final stages, bringing together the two best teams from each of the three competing groups.
Hope among the girls. Unfortunately, the female seniors once again fell to Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave, with a score of 4-1 (goal by Alexia), in the first of the three matches in the semi-finals of the women’s Honor departmental championship in VIII. All is not lost. But on Sunday, May 17 at 3 PM in Lavit, they will play against FC Lomagne 82, the undefeated leader of their group. They will need to win to hope to reach the final.
This weekend
On Saturday, May 16 at 8 PM, team I will host Montbartier at the Malausain stadium. On Sunday, May 17 at 3 PM, the reserve team will play their final match against Castelsarrasin/Gandalou at the Moureu stadium.
