Le Crédit Mutuel Narbonne Hôtel de Ville has financially supported the Social Grocery for its commitment to helping families and the Ma Vigne En Musique Festival for highlighting local vineyards through high-quality concerts. Both associations received 2,000 Euros each during the bank’s ordinary general meeting.

It was in the cellar of the Abbey of Fontfroide that, on May 12, during its ordinary general assembly, the Crédit Mutuel de Narbonne Hôtel de Ville provided financial assistance to two local associations. The Entraide à Narbonne Contre l’Exclusion, also known as the Social Grocery, received a check for 2,000 Euros.

This association provides food assistance to people in need. Located on Rue Raoul, it operates with 35 volunteers and helps around 120 families, amounting to 11,000 individual distributions each year. After Nicole Bertrand, president of the Social Grocery, Cyril Guillotin, founder and president of the Ma Vigne En Musique Festival, was presented with a check of the same amount by Frédéric Boutroux, board president, and Patricia Laplace-Attal, agency director. The Festival, celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2026, promotes music by hosting high-quality concerts in vineyards of exceptional quality.

As part of its focus on environmental, social, and societal actions, for the past three years, Crédit Mutuel has allocated 15% of the group’s annual profits in its “social dividend” to support local grassroots associations. This support can take the form of financial assistance or the temporary deployment of personnel.
