The expansion of the association Arts et Cultures Trémouilles in Lévézou, created in 2023, is taking off with great enthusiasm as shown by the presence of many people at the recent general assembly. Around Delphine, the president, volunteers from the media library, the mayor, and municipal councilors, gathered to discuss the continuation of activities and future projects. In the media library (open on Wednesdays from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm), Martine has joined the team which also welcomes clients of the Locomotives. During each session, an average of 4 to 5 readers find their happiness among the books thanks to donations, the departmental library’s grants, and certainly through its own funds from a municipal grant. In connection with the book box placed at the quillodrome, the storytellers convey and sow passion. Discussions then focused on events such as the Salon des Artistes Amateurs de l’Été and the Christmas Market. Francis was appointed as treasurer, with members ensuring the implementation. Around All Saints’ Day and Christmas, there will be the Autumn Festival and the Craftsman’s Market. Two essential intergenerational events for the vitality of the village.
