Wolfskirchen. Maison des feuilles: a cultural season between nature and music

Artists within a collective exhibition

The public is invited to discover the work of several artists in May and June, notably as part of the Open Studios. Safouane Ben Slama is an image creator. His photos are inspired by flowers and plants. He is also the author of a short film, presented at Maison des feuilles, an intimate portrait of his mother and his love for plants that connect the balcony of his apartment in Île-de-France and the family garden in Tunisia.

Clara Denidet sculpts wicker and revisits the tradition of basketry in a contemporary version. Willow is one of the materials she uses on a daily basis.

Vanessa Dziuba, a visual artist and illustrator, has drawn a series of plants, both figurative and abstract.

Guillaume Greff, a nature photographer, is interested in the relationship between the natural environment and humans. He will lead a “bioregional” walk on Saturday, June 13, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., to reach the Isch bridge in Wolfskirchen and explore the world of living beings and the origin of water.

Vanessa Gandar and François Génot, both hosts and visual artists, will also exhibit their work.
