Detours en Cinecourt is pleased to announce the 29th edition of its short film festival, scheduled from June 2 to June 6, 2026, at Cinema Le Ventura in Saint-Geniès Bellevue. Five days of festival to delve into the world of short films, with new sessions every day and a selection of films from around the world. Whether you are a cinema enthusiast or just curious, this edition will move you, make you dream, and surprise you.
This year again, the festival offers a unique opportunity to go beyond the images, with a round table where directors, actors, and cinema professionals will come together to freely discuss their craft and passion.
But the festival is more than just cinema. Each evening, the square comes alive with live concerts featuring bands with various sounds, to prolong the celebration well after the screenings. Throughout the week, the festival bar welcomes you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. And for the food lovers, food trucks will be present on Tuesday and Saturday for a delicious break between sessions.
Remaining true to its values, the festival aims to be accessible to all with adapted prices, and this year it also offers its outdoor screening at the castle, completely free and open to everyone.
