The Bartenders Society 2026 showcases a well-known talent from Dijon. An exceptional final in Bordeaux For the first time, the French final will be held in Bordeaux, the historical home of Marie Brizard. The event will take place on June 1st, on a boat moored on the Garonne. The 2026 edition highlights spices, a central element in cocktail creation. Candidates will need to: Explore various aromatic profiles Play with intensities and textures Create an original cocktail featuring spices at the heart of the recipe Cinnamon, ginger, coriander, and cardamom will be sources of inspiration for the finalists.
A competition with international stakes Beyond the national title, the rewards are particularly attractive. The winner will receive a qualification for the international final, a trip to Martinique with a distillery visit at Saint James, and the status of ambassador for the competition in France for a year. The international final will bring together participants from 17 countries and 5 continents, still in Bordeaux at the end of the year.
