Meeting Between OGI President and Former Minister of Foreign Affairs
Alaa Youssef, the president of the General Organization for Information (OGI), met with former Minister of Foreign Affairs and president of the Egyptian Council for Foreign Policy, Mohamed El-Orabi, on Tuesday at the OGI headquarters.
The discussions focused on cooperation with national institutions in political and diplomatic matters.
The meeting addressed the implementation of a cooperation protocol between the two parties to support the awareness and education role of the OGI, particularly in light of current regional and international issues. It emphasized the importance of raising awareness of political and strategic issues. The OGI is open to high-level national expertise and seeks to benefit from the diplomatic and intellectual frameworks of the Egyptian Council for Foreign Policy to enhance the quality of information provided to citizens and improve the efficiency of its employees, especially in the analysis of international and regional issues, according to Mr. Youssef.
Mr. El-Oraby acknowledged the vital role played by the OGI in shaping public opinion and enhancing the image of the Egyptian state, expressing his full cooperation with the organization in various activities and events.
