Lara Fabian’s Slimming Secret: Intermittent Fasting Strategy

Like all celebrities, Lara Fabian has her own method to stay in shape. To maintain her figure, the singer follows a very popular strategy: intermittent fasting. For several years now, the star has adopted this dietary regimen and it seems she’s not ready to give it up. It must be said that this slimming secret works well for her!

The slimming secret of Lara Fabian, a widely used method

In an interview with the media GAEL, Lara Fabian explained how she keeps in shape. She revealed some insights about her diet, including her intermittent fasting technique.

In the morning, she starts the day with fresh fruit juice from a juicer. She particularly enjoys the blend of “pear, carrot, apple, ginger.” For lunch, she opts for “a salad of alfalfa with sprouts, radishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, olive oil, lemon, accompanied by two slices of dark rye bread with mashed avocado on top (it’s good fat).” If she feels a little hungry around 4 pm, she treats herself to organic soy yogurt.

Her slimming secret lies in her evening meal. “If you want to be careful, do not eat after 5pm-6pm,” she explained before adding, “I finish a ‘watching what I eat’ day with a soup and 60g of brown rice. Or quinoa.” For those who go beyond 6 pm, she suggests only drinking soup. “That way, you won’t gain weight,” reassured the singer. Lastly, Lara Fabian allows herself “plenty of herbal teas. Lemon ginger, chocolate-chili, the yogi… With Algarve if you need a little sugar.”

The star’s intermittent fasting technique would be the most effective

As seen in Lara Fabian’s description, the singer chooses a slightly less popular version of intermittent fasting. While many followers of this method tend to extend their fasting window by skipping breakfast, Lara Fabian decides to move her dinner time up as much as possible.

Despite being less common, a recent study conducted by the Barcelona Institute for Global Health shows that Lara Fabian might be on the right track to staying slim. The study, which involved nearly 3,000 participants split into two groups—one skipping breakfast and the other advancing dinner time—indicated that Lara Fabian’s approach could be the most effective in maintaining weight.

Camille Lassale, the scientist in charge of the study, explained to the media Inc that they observed in a subgroup of men practicing intermittent fasting by skipping breakfast that this practice had no effect on body weight. This could be due to the fact that this practice contradicts the body’s natural rhythm.

It seems that Lara Fabian’s advice is the best for staying slim.
