Collège Louis Jouvet: Upcoming Sports Section Entrance Exams

At the Louis Jouvet College in Gamaches, sports play a significant role. Every year, several dozen students join the school’s sports sections to follow a challenging path that combines sports requirements with a structured academic framework. The upcoming entrance tests for these sections will take place on Monday, April 27 and Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
Unstoppable Dynamic
The popularity of these sports sections is not coincidental. For several years, they have been built on a strong sports dynamic, with over thirty qualifications in the UNNS French Championships, including twenty podium finishes and thirteen titles.
Recent achievements include three new qualifications in mountain biking, orienteering, and multisport race. Success in football continues as well, with an academic title in junior futsal and an inter-academic qualification for junior players.
Behind these performances lies a well-established system. Students benefit from several hours of training each week, integrated directly into their schedules. This balance allows for each student to progress in sports without neglecting their academic responsibilities. For students coming from afar, a boarding school complements this setup and facilitates access to these demanding sections.
Registrations Still Open
To join these sports sections, students must go through a crucial step: the entrance tests. This year, they will be held on Monday, April 27 and Tuesday, April 28, directly at the college. Two disciplines are offered, football and multisport race, with customized arrangements based on the students’ levels.
- Monday, April 27: multisport race for 6th/5th graders – football for 4th/3rd graders.
- Tuesday, April 28: multisport race for 4th/3rd graders – football for 6th/5th graders.
These days will allow supervisors to evaluate the candidates’ sports abilities, as well as their motivation and their commitment to a long-term project. Registration documents are available at the Louis Jouvet College’s office and can also be requested digitally from the institution or section heads.
Registrations are still open, and there are a few more days left to take a chance. Those who wish to balance academics with performance and self-improvement know what they need to do…
