The Musicomnia du Cours makes a dramatic entrance, an event that reconciles rurality and culture in Vinon-sur

    On Friday, April 3, 2026, the village square of Vinon-sur-Verdon (Var) was transformed into a small stage to welcome, for the first edition of Musicomnia du Cours. Accompanied by the sun and birds, residents of Vinon gathered after work or school for two hours of free concert, featuring “Private Band”, an acoustic folk music duo from Toulon. Conviviality and sharing were the main themes of the evening, on the terraces of the bars and cafes of Cours, or near the refreshment stand run by volunteers.

    This event is the first organized by Hélicomnia, a cultural structure in the form of an association created in the town in April 2025, just a year ago. As the name suggests, Hélicomnia aims to offer access to the Helicon, the world of the Muses, to everyone (omnia, in Latin): to promote and bring culture to life in rural areas, creating encounters and moments of sharing.
