Acti city helps young people find summer jobs in Trèbes

The national Jobs d’Été operation of Acti city has helped young people prepare CVs, applications, and meetings with recruiters.

Finding seasonal jobs, writing a first CV, or landing an interview are essential steps for many young people. To support them, Acti city Info jeunes (IJ), a structure labeled IJ by the state and head of the departmental network, organized the national Jobs d’Été 2026 operation under the leadership of Laetitia Laroche from Acti city, in partnership with the Capucins Social Center and the Info jeunes counselor from Carcassonne Agglo.

On Wednesday, March 4th, the Acti city team set up at the convention center, provided by the City, for the third edition of this dedicated seasonal employment meeting.

The event is part of a tour organized at multiple Info jeunes sites in Aude: Carcassonne, Narbonne, Trèbes, Castelnaudary, Bram, and Lézignan-Corbières. Since its creation, 132 young people have already been accompanied: 47 in Carcassonne, 37 in Narbonne, and 48 in Trèbes.

In total, nearly 1,500 seasonal job offers have been identified to help young people in Aude find opportunities that suit them. This initiative facilitates the connection between recruiters and candidates, while providing personalized support.

Throughout the day, Info jeunes advisors Virginie Rerat (Acti city Narbonne) and Katia Campagnaro (Capucins Social Center) guided participants in writing their CVs and cover letters. In the afternoon, the Audois West Local Mission also provided support. Two recruiters, Delphine Renvoizié, the new manager of Clicochic campsite in Rustiques, and José Rossell, manager of Trattoria Napoli pizzeria in Trèbes, came to recruit to complete their team for the summer season.

Each participant left with a folder including the “Guide jobs d’Été 2026,” a brochure on youth information missions, the program of the IJ Tour Acti city in Aude, as well as QR codes providing access to seasonal missions by city. The initiative will continue in the coming weeks, with new stages of the IJ Tour and as part of the Seasonal Fortnight organized with France travail. Until Thursday, April 30th, young people can visit the Info jeunes structures to check the offers and receive support.
