The Matthieu Delormeau case takes another turn. This time, influencer Aqababe will be judged in Paris on October 14 for breach of professional secrecy, as reported by Le Parisien. In 2024, he had posted a photo of Matthieu Delormeau on his account X, showing the former chronicler of “Touche pas à mon poste” within the Paris courthouse, along with the caption: “EXCLUSIVE AQABABE – He seems to be doing well.”
A photo that was taken by a temporary employee at the Paris courthouse, was subsequently stolen and disclosed publicly. Aqababe, whose real name is Aniss Zitouni, was placed in police custody on Tuesday and will face trial on October 14. His lawyer has criticized the legal proceedings against him as unjust.
This is not the first time Aniss Zitouni has faced legal issues. In 2025, he faced multiple complaints for fraud, breach of trust, and deceptive business practices. These recent events add to his previous controversies, including a conflict with rapper Maes in 2018, where he alleged kidnapping and assault.
