In its core message “Open the book, awaken wonder”, Spaces presents two interactive books using augmented reality technology: “Galactic Adventure” and “The Wonderful Forest”. This is a modern educational solution that transforms the static pages of a book into multidimensional portals to space.

“Galactic Adventure” and “The Wonderful Forest” tell the adventures of Dino, a boy passionate about exploring the world around him. In “Galactic Adventure”, Dino is taken by his father to visit the Vietnam Space Museum. He then travels through the solar system, discovering the wonders of the universe’s vastness. He observes and explores Mars, Venus, Mercury, Saturn, the Moon, Earth, and many other celestial bodies, acquiring new and useful knowledge. By accompanying Dino in his exploration, children can interact directly with the planets and learn about astronomy in a visual way.

Continuing their adventure in “The Wonderful Forest”, Dino and his sister visit the zoo, a rich animal ecosystem. Through immersive 3D models and realistic sounds integrated into the book, children discover adorable and incredibly lifelike animals.

The combination of traditional books and technology helps children develop their visual processing skills and spatial orientation, while naturally memorizing scientific knowledge and vocabulary.

According to Dr. Trinh Cam Ly from the General Education Department of Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Education and Training, this series of children’s books integrating augmented reality technology offers many attractive and interesting things for children.

Firstly, the books help children expand their horizons. By reading “Galactic Adventures”, they embark on a journey through space, gathering useful information and discovering planets in three dimensions. This direct interaction – seeing, hearing, and touching – contributes to their imagination, ability to make connections, and creativity through learning.

Secondly, the books nourish the souls of young children. By reading, they not only acquire knowledge but also live with the characters, empathizing with their emotions. Through the story of Dino and his cousin visiting the zoo, children discover the “green accommodation” of countless species, learning and discovering the activities and authentic cries of animals that they usually only see on TV and social media. Through this, children have the opportunity to develop their intellect and emotions, laying the foundations for their creativity.

Additionally, the books spark children’s curiosity, encouraging them to ask questions like “why” and “how”. By exposing them to problematic situations, their imagination is stimulated and developed in a proactive way.

According to Dr. Trinh Cam Ly, while books offer many benefits, they fully reveal children’s potential only when used appropriately and creatively. If parents and teachers provide engaging and age-appropriate readings, create a conducive reading environment, encourage exploration, and respect each child’s individual interests, then this potential will truly be revealed.

“If every child is a wonder, then books are one of the ‘keys’ that open the door to this wonder. This door only opens with the right key – the benevolent, patient, and understanding presence of adults,” emphasized Dr. Trinh Cam Ly.

Sharing her plans, Ms. Doan Phuong Thoa, founder of Spaces, stated: “We are convinced that technology is essential for learning and integrating children into an ever-evolving world. We can use it as a bridge to awaken their innate passion for learning. Spaces does not replace reading, but acts as a catalyst to ignite the flame of curiosity and awaken the senses of each child.”

Spaces is an educational ecosystem that accompanies Vietnamese children in their learning journey, critical thinking development, and building a sustainable future. As a pioneering brand in the field of children’s books, Spaces uses augmented reality, interactive books, and in-depth publications on Vietnamese culture and history. The company aims to create an educational environment where every child is free to explore, develop global thinking, and remain true to fundamental values.
