Among the iconic beauty queens, Laetitia Bléger holds a special place. Crowned Miss France 2004, the winegrower deeply impacted the French people. Behind the fairytale facade of her coronation, the ex of Frank Delay, former member of the 2Be3, faced difficult times. Nude photos spread by the press, unkind remarks from some, and a broken crown – Laetitia Bléger went through dark days. Despite this, the former Miss was able to bounce back and leave behind these turbulent episodes. A new chapter in her life that she enjoys without moderation.

Laetitia Bléger: why was she stripped of her Miss France 2004 title for 6 months? Over twenty years ago, the beautiful Alsatian Laetitia Bléger won the coveted crown of Miss France. While the 22-year-old was on cloud nine, her dream quickly turned into a nightmare. Just days after her victory, nude photos of the beauty queen made headlines. A scandal for the Miss France committee who, under the direction of Geneviève de Fontenay, decided to remove her crown for six months. A heartbreak for this ambassador of elegance who would later feud with Louis Poirot’s partner.

A while later, the two women reconciled. A tough time for Laetitia Bléger who faced harsh criticism from the public. A real wound that was hard to heal, as she ended her reign ruined. Eventually, the gossip did not dampen her happiness: shortly after, the Miss found her first love again – her job as a flight attendant.

Despite her passion, at 45 years old, on April 10th, she decided to stop: “I was a flight attendant until four years ago. And then I had a burnout and suffered from three ulcers. It was time for me to start listening to my body, the signals it was sending me,” she said to Purepeople in 2025 before explaining she had “radically changed her life.”

After her burnout, Laetitia Bléger changed her life and practiced the Wim Hof method. With the Wim Hof method, the former Miss had a revelation: “I had a year of training. It was difficult, but I succeeded and now I hold Wim Hof method workshops,” confirmed Laetitia Bléger to Purepeople. “I also organize well-being days with a friend who is a Warrior Yoga teacher. The two activities complement each other very well. We also do weekends together. We have afterwork sessions from 7 pm to 9 pm with yoga classes and cold baths.”

A new professional path that she particularly shares in companies: “It’s really great for team cohesion through team-building activities, seminars.” A breath of fresh air allowing her to refocus and finally regain confidence.

Laetitia Bléger single: why did she never want to have children? For the winegrower, the conclusion is clear: her fulfillment lies in being single and childless. From her relationship with Brian Joubert, the former figure skater champion in the 2000s, to her romance with Mike Aigroz, the triathlete who was her partner from 2019 to 2024, Laetitia Bléger chose to live alone.

In an interview with Public, she explained according to Gala: “I am so happy alone that I don’t want to be with a man to complicate my life,” she explained before humorously adding, “When I’m with someone, it will be the cherry on the cake!”

As for family, her stance is clear: “Today more and more women are saying this. A few years ago, I was judged more. They would say, ‘Oh no, but you will be alone.’ I would reply that you don’t have a child just to not be alone,” Laetitia Bléger told Public, before emphasizing: “I am the aunt of two nieces aged 6 and 2 whom I adore. It’s the best role!” A life choice she fully embraces without any regrets.
