Biocoop, the leader in specialized distribution of organic products, announced record sales in 2025. The company remains cautious but not worried about 2026, its 40th anniversary. Biocoop claims 45% of the organic specialists market, with a revenue of €1.93 billion in 2025, up 7.5% from the previous year. The company’s general director emphasized that the organic market is not niche, with 59% of French people consuming organic products monthly in 2025. Despite economic concerns related to conflicts in the Middle East, Biocoop is confident in its value proposition and investments in pricing. The company expects to reach €2 billion in revenue this year and plans to expand to 900 stores by 2029. Biocoop also announced that all products in its private label will be free from ultra-processed ingredients starting in July. As the number of organic farms decreased last year, Biocoop continues to advocate for sustainable integration of organic practices in public policies.
