Gwenn Douguet is not hiding his enthusiasm by saying, “As soon as you walk into the bar, you see sports!” With 17 screens, including a giant 15m² screen, the new Bar des Sports in Locmaria promises an unparalleled experience in Quimper. The offer is extensive: from MMA, darts, football to Nordic combined, the establishment is subscribed to all channels available in France, leaving no fan sidelined. For this project, the owner of Finnegans and Poitin Still has joined forces with two well-known associates in Quimper, Ludovic Volant (Le Prieuré) and Thomas Fossier (formerly at Poitin Still). Together, they have scoured France to find the best concepts. “We haven’t invented anything, but bringing everything together in one place in Quimper, that didn’t exist,” says Gwenn Douguet, who, along with his partners, has been developing this project for many months.
