The new mayor of Montauban (Tarn-et-Garonne), Didier Lallemand, revealed on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 the delegations that will be assigned to his eighteen deputies, including four responsible for the neighborhoods.
The responsibilities assigned to the deputy mayors were decided before the municipal council meeting convened on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at Montauban’s city hall. There are four new faces compared to the previous term: Sophie Grousseau, Bernard Loustaunau, Nathalie Centomo, and Florian Koffi.
– Sophie Grousseau: 1st deputy, delegated to policies related to school and extracurricular activities. – Claude Jean: 2nd deputy, delegated to municipal public safety policies, presidency of the consultative committee on local public services and the financial control committee. – Laurence Pagès: 3rd deputy, delegated to municipal social policies. – Bernard Loustaunau: 4th deputy, delegated to finances, active debt management, and public procurement. – Marie-Claude Berly: 5th deputy, delegated to regulatory urban planning, local urban planning, sustainable development, and ecological transition. – Jean-Pierre Foissac: 6th deputy, delegated to infrastructure, public structures, and the municipality’s built heritage. – Pauline Foresti: 7th deputy, delegated to youth policies. – Philippe Bécade: 8th deputy, delegated to cultural policies. – Nadia Cheklit: 9th deputy, delegated to combating unsanitary conditions in communal public spaces. – Jean-François Garrigues: 10th deputy, delegated to health policies, funeral affairs, municipal cemetery management, city policies, urban social development, electoral affairs, and chair of the tender committee. – Nadine Bon: 11th deputy, delegated to animating and revitalizing the city center, external actions, partnerships, and twin city relations. – Daniel Bory: 12th deputy, delegated to sports policies. – Nathalie Centomo: 13th deputy, delegated to human resources policies and administrative projects. – Florian Koffi: 14th deputy, delegated to energy, digital infrastructure, digital strategy for information systems, and developing actions for the economy and digital mediation.
