LE FIGARO. – In recent weeks, what are your clients telling you? Do they still imagine a zone protected from upheavals?
FRÉDÉRIC NOUEL. – Their concerns are at a maximum. The war against Iran comes at a time when the United States, China, and Russia continue to aggress Europe. But Europe is resisting: seventy-five years of European organization have made it a solid place for sovereign and private investors. They know they are investing in a stable region with a solid legal framework.
