On the 38th day of war this Monday, the Guardians of the Revolution announced the death of their intelligence chief, Majid Khademi, in a strike attributed to Israel and the United States.

American-Israeli strikes killed the intelligence chief of the Revolutionary Guards on Monday, April 6, as announced by Iran’s ideological army.

“Commander General Majid Khademi, the powerful and knowledgeable leader of the Intelligence Organization of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, has become a martyr in the enemy’s criminal terrorist attack.. this morning,” the Guardians stated in a publication on their Telegram channel.

On the 38th day of war, the conflict which began on February 28 shows no signs of de-escalation: strikes continue day by day and threats of bringing “hell” to the other side persist.

Threats of retaliation On Monday, Tehran targeted Israel, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates with missiles and drones. Meanwhile, the Israeli army announced a new series of strikes against Tehran.

Earlier this morning, Iran also promised “even more devastating” retaliation in case of further American-Israeli attacks on civilian infrastructure.

“If attacks on civilian targets continue, the next phases of our offensive and retaliatory operations will be much more devastating and extensive, and the losses and damage resulting from maintaining this approach will be multiplied,” warned the spokesman for the Iranian military command in a statement.

Believing to have hit the targeted military sites, the American president now threatens to target civil infrastructure in Iran, including bridges and power plants, if Iran does not fully reopen the passage in the Strait of Hormuz, a crucial maritime route for global hydrocarbon supply.
