LEE TAKES MAINTENANCE DAY
Anders Lee did not practice due to maintenance. He has 41 points (18G, 23A) this season. Max Shabanov filled in with Bo Horvat and Emil Heineman during practice. Head Coach Patrick Roy expects Lee to play on Friday.
SOROKIN TO START VS PHILLY
Ilya Sorokin will start on Friday against the Philadelphia Flyers at UBS Arena. This will be his fifth consecutive start. Sorokin has a 28-20-2 record, with a 2.59 GAA, .910 SV%, and seven shutouts.
HOLMSTROM UPDATE Simon Holmstrom is day-to-day with an upper-body injury and did not practice. He missed the game in Buffalo and there is no update on his status for Friday. Holmstrom has 39 points (19G, 20A) this season.
DEANGELO UPDATE Tony DeAngelo is still out with a lower-body injury and did not practice. He has missed the last four games since March 24th.
